LISA is unhappy that her lifetime gym membership was terminated without notice.

She had been going to the California Fitness outlet in Sunway as normal in January this year but was shocked when told during one of her visits the next month that her membership had been terminated on Dec 27 last year.

She was told the termination of the lifetime membership was due to her failing to pay the annual fees.

JUNE is unhappy with the staff of a fitness centre for making it difficult for her to renew her annual membership. She signed up wi th California Fitness in September 2007 under its Infinity package. She was a regular at the centre until work got in the way and prevented her from attending the centre for three to four months. “I managed to squeeze in a few visits in February last year and everything was fine until they suddenly told me the next month that it was going to be my last visit, with immediate effect,” she says.
