DALLS of Kuala Lumpur is fuming after getting a lawyer's letter from the True Fitness health club, demanding payment due for a membership he had terminated three years ago.

He had signed up for the membership at the True Fitness outlet in Desa Sri Hartamas in 2005 and says: "I refused to sign up unless it was a monthly membership."

LIM, a member of the True Fitness gym in Subang Jaya, is unhappy that the outlet keeps postponing or cancelling its activity classes.

"I had signed up for 24 personal training sessions with one of the dance masters, and I was later told he had returned to India on March 23," he says.

Since then, he claims, the classes have been irregular.

"I am very unhappy that the yoga and dance classes  have been reduced by half over the last two months.

FIRDAUS frequents the True Fitness branch at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. On April 9 around 11am, a glass window in front of the treadmills shattered for no apparent reason.

“It was a lucky thing that not many were using the treadmill that day, or it would have ended in a tragedy.”
